BIG PARADE IN MONTSOREAU

Best parade yet through the streets of Old Montsoreau. The mayor led the parade up our street to the mairie where he passed out the lanterns to the children. Then we all followed the band back down to the Loire and back around to the Place du Mail. This year there were a lot more people than last year - it seemed like about a thousand people. The music and dancing went on until the early hours of the morning.
