Great first day of the year!
AMG and TH came down from San Francisco loaded with presents. We had a glass or two of wine at home before going out to the baylands for a walk around Bayfront Park.
Tim got to tell his Beverly Hills story about the sheik who was so rich he had pubic hairs painted on the classic marble statues in front of his house (a true story!).
We enjoyed our walk, about 2 miles in the shadow of Facebook. We saw lots of ducks and small birds, but no burrowing owls or herons. Ah well, it was a good walk not spoiled by good conversation and company.
