I was surprised to see this piece that I had never noticed before. We saw an incredible installation by Kienholz at LACMA last year.
There was also an exhibition of portraits of Home Rule figures. As part of the background information there were two sketches of the proposed building to house Hugh Lane's collection. The museum was never built (controversies) but it was interesting to see what it might have looked like - one proposal was for a building that would straddle the River Liffey.
