Lianna and Philip live on the outskirts of Fontevraud in a village called Roiffé (pronounced woefey). They invited us over for a little barbeque in honour of their friend from England, Angela. They invited Michael and Maureen, too. They have a swimming pool that we took advantage of, even though the weather was a little cold (the water was about 74°F) but the sky was overcast and a chilly wind reminded us that Summer has not yet arrived in the Loire.
