The Willis' are back in town!
They went to England in early August for the birth of their third grandchild, Finn Arthur. The proud parents are doing well so the proud grandparents are back, taking up their lives in the village where they left off.
Since they had just arrived, we offered them dinner so that they could ease their way back into it. I had already made a pizza base. Jenny, resourceful as ever, contributed scallops and fresh spinach for the topping. Everybody was pleased with the result (it was tasty!) but I would like to learn how to make a thin-crust base rather than the bready dough I've managed so far.
