NO "WIDE" IN WIFI

Should wifi be freely available everywhere?  Perhaps not, but when a business advertises that it offers free-access wifi then they should deliver when it comes time to pay for the items or services I have purchased there.

What a pleasure to find a business that fulfills that contract.  In Le Mans, we had a beer at Le Plateau on the corner of Rue Hauréau and Rue Nationale.  The proprietor went out of his way to make sure we were connected and could post our hamed-up selfies.  This is a business I am going to come back to.  A diverse neighborhood, a welcoming patron, a relaxed atmosphere - all neatly symbolized by the availability of wifi.
