CONSTANT

Constant is a man of many talents.
At the moment, his grand project is the rebuilding of our neighbor Benoît's house.  He has already sandblasted all the walls, torn out the old chimney to make way for a shower, dug out the channels for the electrical cable, constructed two béton légère floors from scratch (no Eazi-Pump concrete for him), redone all the electrical and plumbing, and is now getting ready to refinish the walls and joints.
The only place where he is lacking is in rebuilding Benoît, his client.

But Constant doesn't only tear out and rebuild.  Last week, he put faisan chasseur on the lunchtime table on Monday, couilles de mouton in mushroomy lentils on Wednesday, and grilled Irish beef steak on Thursday - I had mine saignée and it was the most meat I've eaten at one sitting since the Argentinian restaurant in México City.  I ate at least a kilo, one juicy morsel at a time.
