Bruno the electrician finally finished this afternoon.
It wasn't without drama, however. We had gone to Saumur to pick up some small supplies that he needed to install the wire lighting in the bedroom. When we arrived back in Montsoreau we saw Constant who told us that some English lady had backed into Bruno's car. When we arrived home they were trading insurance details. But the wiring is all finished and now we just have to figure out how to get the pointing done. We had Newcastle Neil lined up to start work on that today but he severed his thumb and spent the day at the hospital trying to get it reattached.
When you have a day like that there is nothing else you can do but make pizza.
